Is Accreditation
The Right Path for You?
While not a requirement to facilitate Five Behaviors in your organization, the Five Behaviors Accreditation signifies a proven level of capability and expertise. For an in-house trainer, this course provides the in-depth knowledge to inspire confidence when delivering this impactful solution in an organization.
After completing the accreditation course, a facilitator receives the Five Behaviors Team Development Accreditation.
The Five Behaviors Team Development learning experience helps teams understand how to become a more cohesive and productive team. Through the facilitated sessions, a team reviews their current status on main components of The Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.
Now A SHRM Recertification Provider!
Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors now offer SHRM credential holders the opportunity to earn professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Accreditation FAQs
Yes. The Five Behaviors Accreditation requires access to the Five Behaviors Facilitation Kit. If your company has already licensed a kit, you don’t necessarily need to buy another one, but you will need access to the kit in order to complete the course materials.
This is because the credential being earned is that of “Accredited Facilitator”. As part of the course, you will learn not only about the Five Behaviors model, but also how to use the kit materials to work with an intact team on their development.
If you already have an existing EPIC Account with another provider, we recommend purchasing certification from them as well. If you’re not happy with your current provider or can’t remember where you purchased your kit, please contact us. We’ll verify your kit’s serial number and get you signed up!
The Five Behaviors Accredited Facilitator credential is valid for two years from the date of the exam. As the initial expiration date nears, a re-accreditation course can be completed, after which the credential becomes permanent.
Yes! You can earn 19 Professional Development Credits upon earning The Five Behaviors Accredited Facilitator credential.
PDCs can also be earned by completing the self-guided, online Everything DiSC Essentials course or Everything DiSC Workplace Certification.
