Facilitation kits and DiSC profiles are sold separately. While training classes can be built without a kit, the reverse is not true: The kits are designed specifically around the corresponding profile. The material would not be of much use without the learners having taken the assessment.
Kits contain course materials (PowerPoint decks, Leader’s Guides, handout masters), all of which can be freely edited and customized.
