In all cases, there is no cost to create these reports.

We think 10 is a good minimum number of participants, which is why each workshop includes 10 profiles. However, we will run sessions with the people you have. Any unused assessments will remain available for you to use at any point in the future.
- [How do I add Agile EQ for just 10 EPIC credits?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-do-i-add-agile-eq-for-just-10-epic-credits/): When someone has completed a Catalyst assessment (for 15 credits) you can add the results from additional applications (like Agile EQ) for just 10 additional credits. The respondent will get an email telling them the new info is available. Most applications will not require any additional questions to be answered; the results just appear.
- [How long do Workshops run?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-long-do-workshops-run/): Our virtual workshops are divided into sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each. Most programs require more than one session, which we recommend conducting on different days. This avoids "Zoom fatigue" and allows the concepts introduced in one session to be studied and practiced before the next session.

Should you wish to cancel a workshop, we retain the deposit, however you retain all of the assessment results and/or access to Catalyst and any other materials provided up to the date of cancellation.
- [What’s included in a DiSC Training Workshop?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/whats-included-in-a-workshop/): The details vary by the individual workshop, but they all include the corresponding assessment(s) for the class topic, at least one training session, and all handouts needed for the course.
- [Do I need a Facilitation Kit? Can’t I just build my own class?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/do-i-need-a-facilitation-kit-cant-i-just-build-my-own-class/): A Facilitation Kit is definitely not required. In fact, if your course objectives are very specific to your business or industry, a kit may not be worth it. Even then, though, the kit's pre-built course materials are freely customizable and may be a great starting point.
- [Which profiles are available on Catalyst?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/which-profiles-are-available-on-catalyst/): Every Catalyst assessment includes the Everything DiSC Workplace results. In addition, Agile EQ and Management are also available as inexpensive add-ons.
- [How long will I have access to the Catalyst platform?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-long-will-i-have-access/): Indefinitely! Once you complete your Catalyst assessment, you gain instant access to the Catalyst platform with no expiration date. And there are no extra fees for continued access, unless you choose to add a new set of results.
- [What does it mean when profiles are back-ordered?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-does-it-mean-when-profiles-are-backordered/): Very rarely we see a sudden spike in demand and inventory of a certain profile may get very low. When this happens, our system is designed to allow you to purchase any number of profiles and immediately gives you access to as many profiles as we have on hand. The balance will be "back-ordered".
- [What if I am buying more than one assessment?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-if-i-am-buying-more-than-one-assessment/): If you just need a few or several assessments on a one-time or infrequent basis, just add them to your cart and check out. The order email will contain a unique link for each assessment purchased, which can then be distributed to the respondents. You can also find those links in My Orders.
- [What if I am buying the assessment for someone else?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-if-i-am-buying-the-assessment-for-someone-else/): If you are purchasing an assessment for someone else to take, simply forward the link to the assessment to them. When completed, the respondent can download their report and you can ask them to email the results to you. Alternatively, we can forward the results to you, as the purchaser. You may specify this in the notes at checkout or contact us to request the results.
- [When do I get the results?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/when-do-i-get-the-results/): For most assessments, you will have access to the results in minutes. After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to the assessment (which you can also find by visiting My Orders). Upon completing the assessment, you will have instant access to your results.
- [How long is my credential valid?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-long-is-my-credential-valid/): The Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential never expires. And if you have a previous Everything DiSC Certified Workplace Facilitator or Certified Management Facilitator credential, they never expire either!
- [What is an “EPIC Credit”?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-is-an-epic-credit/): EPIC Credits are the currency of EPIC, the back-end administration website for both Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors. It's similar to they way arcade games used to be played. You bought some tokens and then used those tokens to play games. Some games used more tokens than other games and some reports in EPIC cost more credits than others. In order to use EPIC Credits, you need to have an EPIC Account.
- [Does Certification earn continuing education credits?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/is-it-true-that-certification-earns-shrm-pdcs/): Yes! The exact organizations and number of credits may vary, but credits have been available for SHRM, HRCI, aptc/cptd, and CCE.
- [Can I still get Certified through disc training hub if I bought my facilitation kit from someone else?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-if-i-bought-my-facilitation-kit-from-someone-else/): If you already have an existing EPIC Account with another provider, we recommend purchasing Certification from them as well. If they don't offer Certification, you're not happy with your current provider, or can't remember where you purchased your kit, please contact us. We'll verify your kit's serial number and get you signed up!

The Advanced curriculum requires polling, annotation and breakout rooms. If your preferred platform lacks any of these, you may wish to use the Basic curriculum.
- [How do I create a Comparison Report between two people?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-do-i-create-a-comparison-report-between-two-people/): Comparison Reports are created using the results of any two people that have completed any of the Everything DiSC assessments. There are three ways of creating them: 1) As the administrator of the EPIC account, you can create these reports manually. 2) If the two people in question have created their free My Everything DiSC accounts, they can, by mutual agreement, do the comparison themselves online using an interactive tool or they can download the complete report. 3) If the two people are in the same organization on the Catalyst platform, comparisons are freely available. In all cases, there is no cost to create these reports.
- [Does a facilitation kit include access to DiSC profiles or is that separate?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/does-a-facilitation-kit-include-access-to-profiles-or-is-that-separate/): Facilitation kits and DiSC profiles are sold separately. While training classes can be built without a kit, the reverse is not true: The kits are designed specifically around the corresponding profile. The material would not be of much use without the learners having taken the assessment.
- [Why are these profiles so expensive/inexpensive?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/why-are-these-profiles-so-expensive-inexpensive/): The Everything DiSC profiles are a premium product, compared to other DISC products on the market.
- [If someone was partly through the assessment and either lost connection or had to quit, how would they get back in?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/if-someone-was-partly-through-the-assessment-and-either-lost-connection-or-had-to-quit-how-would-they-get-back-in/): The assessment site remembers where a respondent was, so if they quit or get disconnected, they can resume where they left off, by clicking on the original invitation link.
- [Is there any prompting that would let me know someone didn’t finish it?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/is-there-any-prompting-that-would-let-me-know-someone-didnt-finish-it/): You can be notified when someone completes the assessment, but not when they haven’t. You can easily run a report to see who hasn’t completed an assessment. The system does provide one scheduled reminder email to go out to those who haven’t completed an assessment and you can manually send additional reminders at any time.
- [If I send assessments from my EPIC Account, will my clients ever be contacted via their email address?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/if-i-send-assessments-from-my-epic-account-will-my-clients-ever-be-contacted-via-their-email-address/): Your client’s email address resides in your EPIC Account and unless you give us permission, we can’t even view your client’s data. We only ever contact a learner if they reach out to us first, usually through an email address found in the footer of some websites.
- [If I want to have someone complete two (or more) assessments, how long will that take them?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/if-i-want-to-have-someone-complete-two-or-more-assessments-how-long-will-that-take-them/): A traditional Everything DiSC assessment takes most people about 15-20 minutes to complete. However, one of the great things about Everything DiSC is "record re-use". Once someone has completed any traditional assessment, subsequent assessments can re-use that data, requiring only a few additional questions to be answered.
- [Can I change the profile title to fit what I am doing?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/can-i-change-the-profile-title-to-fit-what-i-am-doing/): You can rename any of the profiles using report tailoring, a built-in functionality of the EPIC account. This does not carry any additional cost.
- [How accurate are your assessments?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-accurate-are-your-assessments/): The Everything DiSC assessments are in their third generation and are measured to be 32% more accurate in determining someone’s style as compared to the original paper instruments. A full research report is available that details the validity and repeatability of the assessment.
- [If I send assessments from my EPIC account, who gets the assessment first, the respondent or me?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/if-i-send-assessments-from-my-epic-account-who-gets-the-assessment-first-the-respondent-or-me/): Well, if it's a race, the respondent would win. Seriously, though, the answer depends on the type of assessment and whether or not you have an EPIC Account.
- [Are there any additional costs for DiSC training that I need to consider?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/what-are-the-additional-overhead-costs-that-i-need-to-consider/): The main cost is the profile. Beyond that, if you are going to print the profiles, that is an extra cost. For conducting your own training classes, we highly recommend a facilitation kit. There are also some training add-ons available to complement some of the classes, but these are optional.
- [Once purchased, how long until the EPIC credits expire?](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/if-i-purchased-the-credits-how-long-are-they-good-for/): EPIC Credits never expire. There is no risk in purchasing ahead and because the credits can be used for any Everything DiSC or Five Behaviors profiles, you can still use the credits even if your specific needs change.
- [Longevity](https://disctraininghub.com/faq/how-long-have-you-all-been-around-i-dont-want-to-offer-this-to-my-clients-and-then-have-the-company-go-out-of-business/): We have been representing Everything DiSC products since January, 2011 and in the training space since 2002. If we were to go away for any reason, your EPIC Account would be transferred back to Wiley (the publisher).
