This 360 isn't Heavy...
Productivity can grind to a halt under the weight of a typical 360 leadership development program. One of our clients used a 360 that took an hour for each rater to complete. When a round of several 360 assessments were implemented simultaneously, little else was accomplished.
Raters can complete a 363 for Leaders assessment in 15-20 minutes. The survey questions use a Likert scale where each statement is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. These questions are very easy to answer yet provide for responses with depth. The time required to complete each assessment is reduced (typically 15-20 minutes) and the frustration raters often feel with unclear or difficult questions is eliminated.
