Curriculum Overview
This curriculum contained in the Everything DiSC Agile EQ Facilitation Kit is designed around an in-person workshop, however resources are available to adapt the course to an online virtual classroom.
Module 1: Discover Your Mindsets (60 minutes)
Learners develop an understanding of Agile EQ, their DiSC Style and their natural Agile EQ Mindsets
Module 2: Recognize and Value Other Mindsets (85-100 minutes)
Learners gain a greater understanding of other EQ mindsets, the need for and value of other mindsets and then learn the value of shifting to mindsets that may not come so naturally.
Module 3: Act to Become Agile (60 minutes)
Learners explore anticipated difficulties in stretching to new mindsets and create an action plan for stretching to another mindset
