Taking the assessment 

A unique link and Access Code for the assessment will be sent via email. The online assessment takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete by each individual learner.

The assessment

The result is a personalized Everything DiSC Agile EQ, emotional intelligence profile report. The report is available to be viewed, downloaded or emailed immediately upon completion of the online assessment.

Understanding the profile report

The Everything DiSC Agile EQ profile raises an individual’s awareness of their default responses provides guidance on how to overcome those default responses and choose more effective strategies for interacting with others.

• The personalized, 26-page report is available instantly after completion of the assessment
• The narratives are easy to understand without the need for professional interpretation
• The concept of Agile EQ is explained, promoting the understanding of emotional intelligence

What to expect after purchase

For each emotional intelligence profile ordered, you will receive a link and a code to access the Agile EQ assessment. The email will be sent to the billing email address entered during checkout.

If you purchase multiple assessments, you will receive an email with a list of links to unique assessments which can be distributed to the intended recipients. Anyone completing the assessment will have immediate access to their profile report. If you would like to see the report, please have them send the report to you. If you are having trouble getting the report from a respondent, please contact us and we can send it to you directly.

An EPIC Admin Account may be a good choice for you if you are interested in managing many profiles, controlling viewing of the profile reports, adding your own logo and having access to other types of reporting.
