Below you will find information about how we do business: The methods of payments we accept and our shipping and returns policy. If you have a specific question or if you are having any problems with the website or one of our products, please let us know by using our Contact form.
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The site uses a secured connection for all pages with sensitive information. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Your information is passed securely to our credit card processor.
In some cases we will offer terms to our corporate clients. Please contact us for more details.
Upon purchase of a DiSC Profile, an access code and link to take the assessment are sent via email directly after payment processing. Purchased Access Codes and the link can also be viewed under My Orders. Access codes never expire.
Unless otherwise noted, when an order is placed that requires shipment, we generally ship those products within one business day. Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. For some items, tracking is available and in those cases, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If tracking is available, the link can be found by viewing the order in My Orders.
Presently, we ship all store items for free. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects; boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Drop Shipping: Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. When your order is placed, the item is shipped to you directly from Wiley. We work with them to ensure speedy shipment and in most cases these items ship within 1 business day. Orders received before noon Eastern Time often ship the same day.
When a workshop is confirmed, an invoice for up to 50% of the total due will be issued as a deposit. Payment of this invoice exclusively reserves the date of the workshop(s) and secures the assessments needed for the class.
For virtual workshops, the balance is due one business day before the first scheduled session of the workshop. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the workshop will be rescheduled.
For in-person workshops, the balance is due three days before the first scheduled session of the workshop. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the workshop will be rescheduled.
Any reserved workshop date may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date at no cost, provided that we receive three days’ notice.
Should a workshop be canceled by you, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable, however you will retain all assessments and materials provided up to the point of cancellation. Should a workshop be canceled by us, the 50% deposit will be returned less the amount charged for any profiles have been completed.
Returns & Refunds
Completed, online DiSC Profiles are non-refundable. DiSC profiles that have not been completed may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
Once an EPIC Account has been set up, it is non-refundable. Unused EPIC credits are refundable within 14 days, however if a free EPIC Account was included in the EPIC Credit purchase, the $150 set-up fee will be deducted from the EPIC Credit Refund.
Classes can be canceled for a full refund with 14 days of the scheduled class. Inside 14 days, there is a cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Contact DiSC Training Hub for details on the exact charges and dates. Please note that Facilitation Kits purchased as part of the Certification Class are separate products subject to their own conditions as noted below.
All physical products may be returned unopened, in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any items that are “free with the purchase of” another product must also be returned for a full refund.
