Our Customer Se​rvice Terms & Conditions

Below you will find information about how we do business:  The methods of payments we accept and policies around shipping, workshops and returns.

Our Terms and Conditions are broken down into the following sections:

Payments

We accept all major credit cards:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  The site uses a secured connection for all pages, so your information is secure. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Your information is passed securely to our credit card processor.

For our corporate clients, we can accept ACH payments and wire transfers. In some cases, we will offer payment terms with valid Purchase Orders. Please contact us for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

Upon purchase of a DiSC Profile, an access code and link to take the assessment are sent via email directly after payment processing. Purchased Access Codes and the link can also be viewed under My Orders.  Access Codes never expire and will remain in your account indefinitely.

Presently, we ship all store items for free. When an order is placed that requires shipment, the package will go out via UPS Ground service, originating from a warehouse in Minneapolis. In most cases these items ship within 1 business day. Orders received before 12PM Eastern Time often ship the same day. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Workshops

When a workshop is confirmed, an invoice for 50% of the total due will be issued as a deposit. Payment of this invoice exclusively reserves the date of the workshop(s) and secures the assessments needed for the class.

For virtual workshops, the balance is due one business day before the first scheduled session of the workshop. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the workshop will be rescheduled.

For in-person workshops, the balance is due three business days before the first scheduled session of the workshop. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the workshop will be rescheduled.

Rescheduling

Any reserved workshop date may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date at no cost, provided that we receive notice three business days in advance. With less than three three business days’ notice we may charge a 10% reschedule fee.

Cancellations

Should a workshop be canceled by you, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable, however you will retain all assessments and materials provided up to the point of cancellation. Should a workshop be canceled by us, the 50% deposit will be returned less the amount charged for any profiles and reports that have been completed and any workshop customization that may have been done.

Returns & Refunds

Completed, online DiSC Profiles are non-refundable. DiSC profiles that have not been completed may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.

EPIC Accounts & EPIC Credits

Once an EPIC Account has been set up, it is non-refundable. Unused EPIC credits are refundable within 7 days, however if a free EPIC Account was included in the EPIC Credit purchase, the set-up fee (currently $250.00) will be deducted from the EPIC Credit refund. This applies even if the setup fee was waived or shown as $0 on the invoice.

Facilitation Kits

All facilitation kits are now provided as digital downloads with the physical product optional. Because a serial number is provided at the time of purchase (which is used for the download), facilitation kits are non-refundable.

Other Physical Products

All other physical products (those that are shipped) may be returned unopened, in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For items that are “free with the purchase of” another product, all products must be returned for a full refund. You must pay the return shipping costs.

Certification

When we receive an order for Everything DiSC Certification or Five Behaviors Certification, we will attempt to enroll you in the class you selected. However classes sometimes sell out and we are not able to reflect that status live on our website. If a class is unavailable, we contact you to find a suitable open class. If you are unable to attend a different session, we will refund the Certification part of the order. Note that Facilitation Kits cannot be refunded once they have been issued.

Everything DiSC Certification and Five Behaviors Certification classes can be canceled for a full refund with 7 days of the course opening date. Inside 7 days, there is a $250 cancellation fee which is deducted from the amount refunded. We can move you to a new course date at no charge, given at least one day’s notice.
