disc training hub is the retail presence of 10/10ths Development Corporation. Our company was founded in early 2011, however we have been in the training and development space since 2002.
disc training hub provides a one-stop Internet presence for anything DiSC related. As an authorized distributor of Wiley’s Everything DiSC® tools, disc training hub offers DiSC assessments, DiSC Training kits and DiSC-based training. We provide services, too, include certification, consulting, and curriculum development to help you get the most from your investment in DiSC.
It is our strong belief that all training and development can be greatly improved with the addition of personalized assessments such as DiSC.
In order to improve, a person must gain a better understanding of one’s self as well as others. It has been well documented through research that all highly-successful people share the trait of high self-awareness.

Tammy and Terry Coates are the sole owners of 10/10ths Development Corporation. When you reach out to disc training hub, your call or email is handled by one of them.
Both Tammy and Terry have backgrounds in IT and spent time as programmers and managers of development projects. That background continues to serve them well, as technology around DiSC is ever advancing. In fact, many companies have leveraged this expertise when rolling out cutting-edge training initiatives.

Terry Coates
Terry has a strongly-inclined Di style. He brings a lot of enthusiasm to the table, is quick to respond and loves taking action.
Over 20 years of facilitating classes, Terry honed his training skills, but also developed top-level skills in curriculum development, pushing PowerPoint and other tools to their limits.
During the pandemic, Terry became a leader in virtual training, creating guides on virtual classrooms for fellow facilitators and clients. He also created a video studio that doubles as a state-of-the-art virtual classroom. This setup is used by all the virtual classes offered on disc training hub.
Terry has completed certification for Everything DiSC Workplace, Management, and the current Everything DiSC as well as becoming Accredited, and then Certified, in The Five Behaviors.
Tammy Coates
Tammy has a very strongly inclined CD style and she brings some well-needed thought and analysis to balance Terry’s go-go-go nature.
When it comes to guiding the business, Tammy’s background is invaluable. She rose to the level of director in a previous company before leaving to become an entrepreneur. She spearheaded the effort to start 10/10ths Development and to become Authorized Partners with Inscape (now Wiley) in 2011.
Tammy is an avid learner and a voracious reader. Her continual research into the business of business is a constant source of new ideas and approaches to the way things are done at disc training hub.
Tammy is certified in Everything DiSC and Myers-Briggs (MBTI).
