The Five Behaviors® Team Development Profile
Diagnose team dysfunction and gain insights on how to become a cohesive unit.
Learn the Skills Needed to Build an Effective Team
The Five Behaviors™ Team Development profile teaches individuals on an intact team to work together as a team to produce outstanding results. This instrument is based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, but turns the model on its head, focusing on The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, rather than a dysfunctional one. Designed specifically for intact teams of 5 to 12 people, with approximately 6 months or more of experience working together.
Best Solution For:
- Intact teams wanting to better understand what specific steps to take to improve team performance
- Creating and expanding a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Taking the assessment

The online assessment is completed by each individual learner and takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
The result is a Five Behaviors Team Development Profile, personalized to the individual and the team. An Annotated Team Report is also available with notes for a facilitator or coach to use when working with the group.
Receiving the profile report
The 36-page Five Behaviors Team Development Profile is available once all team members have completed the assessment. The report content is easy to understand without the need for professional interpretation, although having a teams guided through the experience by an experienced facilitator will help a team to extract the most value from the assessment.
