Many organizations have embraced the transformative potential of DiSC training, and certification is one way to get up to speed. While not a requirement to facilitate Everything DiSC in your organization, certification signifies a proven level of capability and expertise.
For an in-house trainer, these courses provide in-depth knowledge which helps to inspire confidence. For some, this makes DiSC facilitator certification worth the investment.
The engaging self-directed online work and impactful virtual sessions prepare the facilitator for the Everything DiSC certification exam which, when passed, results in the awarding of the Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner credential.

Can I still get Certified through disc training hub if I bought my facilitation kit from someone else?
If you already have an existing EPIC Account with another provider, we recommend purchasing Certification from them as well. If they don’t offer Certification, you’re not happy with your current provider, or can’t remember where you purchased your kit, please contact us. We’ll verify your kit’s serial number and get you signed up!
Do I need to have a Facilitation Kit to get Certified?
Yes. Everything DiSC Certification requires every facilitator to have the Everything DiSC Catalyst Facilitation Kit (or an upgradable Workplace, Management or Agile EQ kit). This is because the credential being earned is that of “Certified Practitioner”. As part of the course, you will learn not only about the DiSC model and theory, you will also learn how to use Catalyst in a training environment.
Does Certification earn continuing education credits?
Yes! The exact organizations and number of credits may vary, but credits have been available for SHRM, HRCI, aptc/cptd, and CCE.

How long is my credential valid?
The Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential never expires. And if you have a previous Everything DiSC Certified Workplace Facilitator or Certified Management Facilitator credential, they never expire either!
Is Certification available for other applications?
Everything DiSC Certification covers the core elements of Everything DiSC, use of the Catalyst platform and an overview of the other available applications. For details on the non-Catalyst applications (Sales, Productive Conflict, and Work of Leaders), we are happy to answer questions you have and provide a review of the contents of each kit.
There is, however, a separate certification program for The Five Behaviors. The credential “Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner” is available through the Five Behaviors Certification program.
