The Everything DiSC Management Facilitation Kit focuses on five key areas to increase management effectiveness:

Participants discover how DiSC affects management style, including decision making and problem solving. Participants will also learn to identify others’ DiSC styles using behavioral cues.
Module 2: Directing and Delegating
Managers discover their strengths and challenges when directing and delegating. By addressing challenge areas, managers learn how to adapt their behavior to become a more effective manager.
Module 3: Creating a Motivating Environment
Participants discover that DiSC styles influence how people are motivated and learn how to create an environment that stimulates motivation.

Managers learn how to provide resources, environments, and opportunities that support long-term professional growth for their employees using DiSC as the foundation.

Managers usually have a boss, and this in module, participants learn to influence and communicate effectively with their manager by meeting the DiSC needs and preferences of those above them.
