Each Everything DiSC Facilitation Kit Includes High-Quality Videos
It’s one thing to read about the characteristics of the DiSC styles, but it is quite another to see someone modeling the behavior. The videos included in each kit bring the content alive.
The videos vary by kit, but may include people-reading exercises, illustrations of effective and ineffective interactions and interviews with people of differing styles.
Videos are contained within the slide decks and most kits include a separate slide deck containing only videos. Where virtual curriculum is available, streaming video links are also provided. Watch some sample videos.
Support for macOS & Windows
The Meeting Leader’s Guide and all handouts are supplied in Microsoft Word template form. Curriculum and videos are supplied as Microsoft PowerPoint templates.
All files can be branded and customized to fit your organization’s needs.

Do I need a Facilitation Kit? Can’t I just build my own class?
A Facilitation Kit is definitely not required. In fact, if your course objectives are very specific to your business or industry, a kit may not be worth it. Even then, though, the kit’s pre-built course materials are freely customizable and may be a great starting point.
Another advantage of the kits is the videos. Having people model the styles in context-specific situations is the often best way for learners to understand the differences in styles. While the kits are not inexpensive, creating a similar set of professional videos would cost many times the price of the kit.
Do the facilitation kits support virtual training of DiSC classes?
Generally, yes, but virtual support varies by kit.
The Catalyst Facilitation Kit was designed from the start to support both virtual and in-person training. It comes with both versions for Fundamentals, Workplace, Agile EQ and Management.
The traditional, non-Catalyst kits have had updates to support virtual training, mostly in the form of adapting activities to a virtual classroom and providing streaming links for the videos.
Does a facilitation kit include access to DiSC profiles or is that separate?
Kits contain course materials (PowerPoint decks, Leader’s Guides, handout masters), all of which can be freely edited and customized.
How quickly can I get a kit?
Within hours! All facilitation kits are now delivered via digital download within hours of purchase. We have to process kit orders manually, but once we do, the system will send an email with a link and serial number, so you can register and download your kit right away.
What is the difference between the facilitation kits?
Each facilitation kit is specific to one of the profiles in the Everything DiSC product suite. The curriculum in each kit aligns with the contents of the corresponding profile. So, the Management Facilitation Kit has modules that relate to the contents of the Management profile with videos and activities that support key concepts. The Work of Leaders Facilitation Kit covers the contents of the leadership profile. The kits for Workplace, Productive Conflict, Agile EQ and Sales each match the content of their respective profiles.
The exception is the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE). Catalyst is a web-based platform that allows respondents to interactively learn about DiSC and explore their results. CPE contains in-person and virtual course materials for Workplace, Agile EQ, and Management classes plus the Worksmart scripts. A CPE license also unlocks additional administration features, free group reports, and access to a practitioner community.
Purchasers of the Workplace, Agile EQ or Management Facilitation Kit have been eligible for a free upgrade to the Catalyst materials for all three of these applications (even if you only have one of the kits). Please see the relevant kit page or contact us to see if this special is still available.
What’s included in the Catalyst Practitioner Experience?
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience, or CPE, contains in-person and virtual course materials and videos for Workplace, Agile EQ and Management, and the facilitator script for Worksmart. CPE also includes access to additional Catalyst Administration Experience features, free group report generation, access to the Practitioner Community, and many other resources to support DiSC training.
What’s the Difference Between “Basic” and “Advanced” Curriculum?
The Catalyst curriculum for virtual training supports a wide range of platforms. The Advanced curriculum requires polling, annotation and breakout rooms. If your preferred platform lacks any of these, you may wish to use the Basic curriculum.
The primary difference between Basic and Advanced curriculum is how the activities are structured. The objectives and learning points are the same.
