Access Learner and Group Insights in Real-time
Catalyst Administrators can access data about the learners and groups without having to generate reports. This is a valuable aid in preparing for and conducing training or coaching sessions. This feature is only available through the Catalyst Practitioner Experience!
Unlimited Group Reports
In EPIC, Group Culture and Group Facilitator Reports each cost 25 credits. With the Catalyst Practitioner Experience, these reports are free with no limit to the number of reports you can generate. Generating just six of these reports will offset the annual renewal fee of 150 EPIC Credits.
Important Note: There is a annual renewal fee of 150 EPIC Credits for the Catalyst Practitioner Experience. However, generating just 6 Group Reports through CPE saves 150 credits, recouping the credit cost.
The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst Curriculum
Training modules assume that learners have completed the corresponding Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment, which is sold separately.
Fundamentals
Fundamentals Facilitation Modules:
These modules introduce the essential concepts of DiSC: The model, the styles, priorities, shading and inclination. Participants also learn their way around the Catalyst platform. These modules are appropriate for any group just beginning with Catalyst.

Agile EQ
Agile EQ Facilitation Modules:
Many tools measure Emotional Intelligence (EQ), but these training modules help respondents to understand not just their EQ, but how to improve their EQ in daily interactions. These modules are appropriate for a group that has completed the Fundamentals modules and has Agile EQ activated in their Catalyst account..

Management
Management Facilitation Modules:
These modules not only support managers as they learn about their own DiSC Management style, but also help them to quickly learn how to manage employees of different styles in several ways of interaction.

These modules are appropriate for a group that has completed the Fundamentals modules and has Management activated in their Catalyst account.
Worksmart
Worksmart Modules for Managers:
These modules are different and separate from the DiSC Management results (above). Worksmart consists of 5, 1-hour modules with materials embedded directly in the Catalyst platform. They are designed to address manager pain points and each module has built-in Action Planning that leverages the style of the direct report.

These modules are especially applicable to managers that were promoted to their current position without prior management experience and who have not received management training.
