Who is Catalyst Instant Access for?

If you need instant access to Catalyst for groups of 20 or fewer and do not need add-ons, such as Management or Agile EQ, this is the best choice for you.

If you have a larger group, would prefer to schedule or customize the assessment invitations, or need the add-ons, then we recommend our full Catalyst offering.

How does Catalyst Instant Access work?

To get instant access to Catalyst, it’s as simple as purchasing the assessment and distributing assessment links. Here are the detaied steps:

1. Add the Catalyst assessment(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. On the checkout page, just after the billing information, be sure to complete the field “Catalyst only: Organization or Class Name”.
   • While this field is marked “optional”, it is required for Catalyst Instant Access assessments.
3. Once the order is complete, you will receive an email receipt with one Access Code and link for each assessment purchased.
4. The assessment(s) may be completed at any time and, upon completion, respondents will have Instant Access to the Catalyst platform.

NOTE: Initially, you will be be placed in a default organization, potentially with other Catalyst Instant Access customers. Within one business day (and usually within hours) of the order, your Catalyst record will be moved to the organization you specified during checkout. If you did not specify an organization, you will be placed in an organization based on your name or company name. To change this, send us an email with the correct information.
