You can re-take the Catalyst assessment. Here's how.
If you have already taken the Catalyst assessment, you have a login. When you try to re-take the assessment with a new access code (re-takes aren't free, unfortunately), as soon as you enter your email address, the system insists that you log into your existing account.
But I don't want to log into my existing account, I want a new one.
Understood, but the thing is, the account and the assessment results are two separate things. You can't create a new account on Catalyst, just like you can't create a new account on most any other service when using the same credentials.
So, in reality this is not a problem.
It's not a problem because all you have to do is log in to Catalyst. When you do, you will arrive at the home page and it will look different because you can't actually get to your old results. Instead, you are offered the chance to take the assessment again. Just find this part of the page:
But, what if you want your old results back?
That's a different matter and solved in a different way. If you have taken Catalyst and suddently, when you log in, you see the screenshot above... what happened? Where are your results?
Don't worry, your previous result are still there.
They're just hidden behind this new invite. Probably what happened was that a DiSC admin issued a new assessment to you, not realizing you already had one. Just contact the admin (you can reply to the invitation email) and let them know. They can remove the new invite and your results will return.
