The Five Behaviors® Certification for Team and Personal Development

Five Behaviors Certification will prepare you to bring The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® program into your organization or to your clients. You will learn the Five Behaviors Model, experience the Five Behaviors Team and Personal Development assessments, learn how to facilitate the Five Behaviors program and even create a customized workshop.

The Highlights:

The program now covers both the “Team Development” and “Personal Development” instruments. Having certification in both versions massively expands applicability and training opportunities for any organization. And you get to complete both assessments as part of the course cost!

The class spans a two-week period. Online pre-work precedes each live online class (2, 2-hour sessions per week). This format provides opportunities to apply learning in the live sessions shortly after covering the material online.

The credential is “lifetime”. Recertification is not required.

Access to Wiley’s online training center continues after the class, so that Certified Practitioners can revisit all of the Five Behaviors Certification course content and connect with fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

Additional Details:

The course is a blended learning experience consisting of online, self-directed work and live, virtual sessions. The online work includes interactive activities to help absorb the foundational principles of The Five Behaviors model. There is pre-work upon course opening and additional assignments between the live sessions.

You will explore both the Five Behaviors Personal and Team solutions from the perspective of both the learner and the facilitator. You’ll learn how to customize the facilitation kit materials to generate unique solutions and deliver impactful Five Behaviors experiences.

During the live sessions, you’ll practice facilitating activities with small groups and explore challenging “what-if” scenarios that could come up during your workshops. The live environment allows for feedback in a supportive environment. The Five Behaviors Certification will give you the tools and confidence you need to master these amazing programs—no matter what a team or individuals bring to the room.

Access to the Five Behaviors Combination Facilitation Kit is required. Please note that the kit is not included with the price of the course. The kit may be purchased here on disc training hub separately or you may add it to the event registration. If registering multiple people for certification, one kit is required for each person being certified. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us for pricing.

By registering for this event, you are committing to completing all online learning activities and attending four, 2-hour live virtual-classroom sessions. The credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner will be awarded once the course is successfully completed and a passing grade is earned on the final exam.
