Already have an EPIC Account?

Getting started with the Catalyst DiSC assessment is not only easy, it’s free for your existing profiles! Let’s get you the low-down.

The Catalyst DiSC assessment is already available in your account.

When you go to create a new assessment invitation, Catalyst works like any other profile, with one exception: You have to specify an “Organization”. Records placed within an organization are visible to each other for comparisons in the “Your colleagues” section of the platform.

It’s either free or it costs the same as Workplace

Even though Catalyst is the new, modern way to access Everything DiSC, the cost for new users is the same as a traditional Workplace profile: 15 EPIC credits. And if you have existing records you want to upgrade, that is free through December31, 2024. Simply create the invite using the “Use existing report” function. Use that link to get specific instructions if you’re not sure how to do that.

There is a Catalyst Facilitation Kit available, specifically for classes built around the new platform. However, if you already have Workplace for Agile EQ kits, those products have free upgrades available for a limited time, too. You can update your kit at register.everythingdisc.com. All you need is your serial number. If you can’t find that, we have it on file (if you purchased it from us!). Contact us to get your serial number.

What’s Great about Catalyst

Agile EQ and Management are inexpensive add-ons

Before Catalyst, if you wanted someone to complete another assessment, you paid full price for the second assessment. With Catalyst, you can add Agile EQ or Management for just 10 EPIC credits each. The traditional version of those add-ons would be 25 EPIC credits. So, for the price of one traditional Agile EQ or Management profile, you get Workplace on Catalyst and the other application! Want all three? What used to be 65 credits (15+25+25) is now just 35 credits on Catalyst!

One assessment to rule them all

Okay, maybe that’s overstating it, but here is the point: When a respondent completes the Catalyst assessment, they have actually answered all the questions needed to provide results for Workplace, Agile EQ, Management and Productive Conflict. So when you add Agile EQ to an existing Catalyst record, the respondent simply gains access to the results–no more questions!

And, as you might have guessed, that means these other assessments will be coming to Catalyst…eventually. We can’t promise dates, but the product plan is to make other applications in the Everything DiSC suite available on Catalyst. And perhaps even Five Behaviors, too. The future looks bright!

There will also be other capabilities added to the platform over time, including facilitator-specific functionality and possibly some content around DiSC styles and navigating change.
