EPIC, the administration system for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments, has quite a few reports available. They all have their purpose, of course, but some of them are rarely used, like Account History and Unassigned Credits. But others are the everyday workhorses. The two that are arguably the most useful are the Completion Detail report and the Pending Credits report. Both of these are found under the Manage Your Account menu.
Completion Detail Report
Where to find it: Manage Your Account menu
What’s great about it: The Completion Detail report is exactly what the title says. Starting with the search screen, you can filter records by date or folder (or both). The report shows information about who issued the assessment, the product, the organization (for Catalyst), Access Code, and date assigned and completed. Nearly every field in the EPIC database.
Pending Credits Report
Where to find it: Manage Your Account menu
What’s great about it: The Pending Credits report lists assessments that have been issued but are not yet completed. Like the Completion Report, this report also uses the search screen to filter records and displays similar info.
One neat trick: When someone has started, but not completed an assessment, the “Respondent Name” field will have an entry. If the assessment hasn’t been started, that field will be empty.
