Create more DiSC impact by leveraging groups
DiSC® is great for individuals looking to improve their self-awareness, but it’s even more powerful when used by groups of people. When everyone is aware of the principles of DiSC and seeks to better understand each other, it’s much easier improve relationships among the group members. Easier and to better effect. That’s when the real magic happens.
Exploring options to view DiSC results for a group
While there is a lot of value in seeing the results together, there are also different ways to do that. Let’s explore the pros and cons of each option.
The simplest and least expensive option
The Team View Report is available free of charge. If you have an EPIC Account, this report can be generated without using any credits. If you purchased some assessments through this website, we will generate that report for you and forward it at no cost.
The only drawback is that the report is simply a list of respondents, sorted by last name, showing their style and dot location. It offers no insights into the group, other than what you can glean by eyeballing it.
Who needs this report?
Team View is mostly used as a quick reference for facilitators or group leaders. We always have a Team View Report on hand when doing any training sessions, in-person or virtual.
Another Free Option: Comparison Reports
Comparison reports are also free and provide a one-on-one comparison between any two Everything DiSC respondents. For each pairing, two reports are generated: A Working with B and B Working with A.

The Best Option: Catalyst
In-depth group analysis, but still free
The Catalyst platform has a robust “Your groups” section that allows users to create their own group maps which can be shared with others in the group. There are some interesting insights into the group’s makeup and there are even activities that the groups can do to explore improving their interactions. Who needs this functionality?
Everyone! And, somewhat incredibly, all of this group functionality is free to everyone who has completed a Catalyst assessment.
Are there drawbacks?
As a user, there is a limit of 26 group members and one of those is the user who created the group. Administrators can create groups of up to 500 people and do not need to be included in the group. Admins can also download an image of the group map, though its resolution is pretty low. And only people included in the group can see the group content on Catalyst. Free is good, but what’s the catch?
No catch, however non-Catalyst profiles will need to be upgraded from traditional PDF-based versions. The good news is that any existing assessment–Workplace, Work of Leaders, Productive Conflict, Sales, Management and Agile EQ–can be upgraded to Catalyst for free*. And with Management or Agile EQ assessments, those upgrades also carry over the Management or Agile EQ results!
If you have Access Codes for Workplace, Management, or Agile EQ that have not been completed, we can convert those for free as well. Contact us for details.
*Free Catalyst upgrades have been extended through December, 2025.
Paid options
Finally, there are group reports available for purchase. If you have an EPIC Account, these reports require 25 credits each.
If you do not have an account, these cost $ USD 150.00each. Since the group reports require a set of completed assessments, we can’t list them in our store. But it’s easy enough to get one: just contact us and we’ll issue an invoice that can be paid online. Once everyone has completed their assessment, we’ll generate the report for you. Note that all of the respondents would have to have completed an assessment that they purchased on disc training hub.
Group Culture Report
The Group Culture Report provides insight how how the group is distributed among the four styles and how that might impact the culture of the group. Respondents can have completed any of the Everything DiSC assessments (even different ones!). Download a sample Group Culture Report.
This report (and others noted below) also produces a Group Poster file. This is a PDF that can be printed in a large format without a loss of quality. We often use these for in-person training in 24×36” size, laminated or mounted on foam-core. It’s great for activities and as a leave-behind.
Group Facilitator Report
The Group Facilitator Report is similar to the Group Culture Report, but it is intended to support a facilitator that is training a group. Download a sample Group Facilitator Report. This report also produces a Group Poster file. Respondents can have completed any of the Everything DiSC assessments
Work of Leaders Group Report
The Work of Leaders Group Report provides summary information for a group of respondents that have completed the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders assessment. Download a sample Work of Leaders Group Report.
Work of Leaders Facilitator Report

While DiSC is indeed a valuable tool for individuals seeking self-awareness, its true power lies in its application within groups. When all members of a group embrace DiSC principles, strive to comprehend each other better, and actively work towards enhancing relationships, the results can be truly magical.
